Corporate jet charter from Sydney

Corporate travel on this site is one-way, return and multi-leg planning for business and private itineraries. Teams that fly often can ask about the Corporate Partner account. Occasional flights do not require one.

A flight, before a membership

You can request a single corporate itinerary without opening an account. Use the enquiry form, name the travellers in the passenger count, and put the company context in the notes. A dedicated aviation advisor responds within one business hour.

One Way, Return and Multi-Leg are the trip types that match most company travel. Empty Leg is available if the dates are flexible and you accept that nothing may be listed.

Corporate Partner, as published

Tier 2. Corporate Flight Account: From $125,000 AUD. Inclusions: Priority flight coordination; Light and super-midsize charter arranged for the account; Multi-user card access for up to 5 corporate executives; Sydney meeting room credits, subject to availability.

Preferred wholesale hourly rates are stated for Light and Super-Midsize jets, not for every category. Heavy and ultra long-range travel in peak periods is the Family Office line, not this one. Read the tier you actually need.

Five executives, and the Sydney address

Multi-user card access is published for up to 5 corporate executives. The site does not publish a process for adding a sixth name. Ask the concierge.

TEC meeting room credits are listed on the tier. The Sydney desk address is The Executive Centre 400 George, Level 17, 400 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The number of credits is not printed. Sydney Airport (approx. 25 min drive).

Confidentiality and what a form does not do

Preferences, schedules and journeys are described as handled with discretion from enquiry to arrival. Do not put passport numbers or payment card details in the web form.

An enquiry is not a contract of carriage and not a guaranteed aircraft. Accounts, once opened, are pre-funded by a deposit or a corporate invoice. Flight and catering charges are drawn from the live balance.

How far in advance should I book a private jet?

Many charters are arranged a few days to a few weeks ahead. A same-week departure is sometimes possible when an aircraft and crew are free, and a peak date needs longer. Nothing on this site is a guaranteed notice period.

A dedicated aviation advisor responds within one business hour. Concierge hours are Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 17:30. Saturday & Sunday: by appointment. VIP Elite, Corporate Partner and Family Office are membership accounts with their own coordination. An aircraft is still confirmed for each trip.

Where can MY PRIVATE JET fly from Australia?

The home market is Australia. Priority corridors beyond it are China, Singapore, Japan and Dubai. The aircraft comes from an independent operator, matched to the distance.

Light jets suit shorter Australian sectors. Super-midsize jets are described for coast-to-coast, Trans-Tasman and Fiji. Heavy jets are described for Asia-Pacific. Ultra-long-range aircraft are described for the longest intercontinental sectors. Routing is confirmed for each trip.

What happens after I enquire about a charter?

Your enquiry goes to flymeaway@myprivatejet.com.au. A dedicated aviation advisor responds within one business hour.

Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 17:30. Saturday & Sunday: by appointment. The form does not create a booking, a contract of carriage, or an allocation of an aircraft. A price is an estimate until a formal quote confirms it.
