The Website is operated by MY PRIVATE JET AVIATION ENTERPRISE PTY LTD trading as MY PRIVATE JET (ABN 99 700 570 878) from Australia.

The Website provides information about private aviation services and a means to submit enquiries. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement:
- Website content is general information only and does not constitute a confirmed booking, airfare, or contract of carriage
- Aircraft availability, routing, timing, pricing, and operator assignment are subject to confirmation
- Any quotation, estimate, or proposal provided after an enquiry is subject to separate terms, operator conditions, and applicable aviation regulations
3. Enquiries and communications
When you submit an enquiry or message, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the request.
Submitting a form does not guarantee aircraft availability, pricing, or acceptance of your request. We will use reasonable efforts to respond within the timeframe indicated on the Website.
4. Acceptable use
