MY PRIVATE JET is a charter broker and concierge. We do not own or operate aircraft. Every flight is operated by an independent operator, and that operator has operational control of the flight. In Australia the operator holds a CASA Air Operator’s Certificate. Outside Australia the operator holds the equivalent approval. References to MY PRIVATE JET or AETHER do not make us the aircraft operator or the air carrier.

Any price discussion following an enquiry is an estimate unless confirmed in a formal quote or agreement. Fuel, landing fees, overflight permissions, catering, ground transport, waiting time, and regulatory charges may affect final cost.

Aviation operations are subject to civil aviation laws and safety standards in Australia and in other jurisdictions relevant to your itinerary. Final operational decisions rest with the responsible operator and flight crew.
